What do participants say about Heidi's Impact Measurement Courses?

•Heidi's session provided lots of useful tips, information and practical 'everyday' examples that made things easier to understand.  Lots of useful resources too.

 •Good specific examples, engaging presenter.

•I loved it, Heidi is incredible.

•For me there were so many great takeaways.  I love the fact that measuring impact doesn't have to be complicated, time consuming or expensive; the idea of a wooden brick in a box for a yes or no answer is so simple and cost effective.  Linking our work to the Sustainable Development Goals is brilliant and the examples of how to present social impact to stakeholders was really helpful - we will do this in our annual Trustees' report which needs to be done very soon.

•I was having a really bad week following unfruitful negotiations. This session helped me realise that We're giving the council the wrong kind of social impact data. What they want to see is a ROI, we need to be reporting why we provide them with the best solution in relation to the things that matter to them not reporting on the things that matter to us or to the end user.

•Lots to take away from this session on what we can do to capture info to enhance our story.  And the awareness that this is valuable.

•A lot of really important stuff for me.  I have had such a lot of funders want this social measurement information and I feel better placed to achieve it now.

•The project that I'm involved with is 'on-going' and we need to review our Theory of Change document as we look to open up new facilities.

•She came completely packed with very useful information.

•This was one of the areas I needed clarity on - Heidi delivered the topic in a really pragmatic and informative way.

•Fascinating area to deep dive into.

•A fantastic jog through impact measurement, the whys and hows. Great resources and Heidi clarified how impact measurement needs to be built in at ground level, to ease all process and keep us on course with our projects.
