Developing products and services

Course Summary

Are you tired of chasing grant funding?
Do you wish you had your own products or services you could sell?

If you answered Yes to these questions, this workshop is for you!

Heidi will cover how you can:
Identify product and service ideas
Decide which are viable
Get clear about who your paying customer is

The workshop is pre-recorded and available on demand.  You'll receive a workbook to help you implement what you learn in your organisation.

Heidi shares her knowledge of how to generate product and service ideas, and ways to test and build your trading income.  As competition for grants increases the ability to generate your own income is essential.  It also gives you freedom and independence as you can spend the money how you choose - rather than on a pre-defined grant funded project, and you can generate surpluses to support with on-going business development and innovation (which is impossible if you're grant funded because funders only cover your actual costs).

Feedback on previous workshops includes:
“I found today’s session amazing and felt uplifted and no longer confused on the actions that I need to take for the business to move forward.”

“I was already aware of the principles but was good to see them explained again in a simple and engaging way. The two exercises were also useful.”

“Helping to bring together my thoughts on pricing, developing an understanding of the need to add value to our prices.”

“Very clear, simple and informative.”

“Very knowledgeable. Great content. I'll be looking at my pricing structure, creating a dream client list and looking at how I promote myself.”
